It's late summer, and there is zucchini everywhere. Everywhere! People are giving the stuff away there's so much of it. So, what better to eat when you're on a tight budget? Thank you summer!My favorite zucchini dishes are grilled zucchini, stuffed zucchini and zucchini bread. In fact, tonight I'm going to make and freeze a bunch of zucchini muffins to snack on at school. Do you have any favorite zucchini recipes? I would love to try them.
